When visitors contact us through one of the contact forms on this website, we collect the data shown in the form. The data supplied in the request form for a trial lesson are collected so that the trial lesson can be scheduled and tailored to your study needs.

Lessons

During the lessons you might provide us with your personal data in conversation, exercises, or homework. These data may be used in lesson notes and homework corrections provided to you as well as in tailor-made material for your study. The data provided in this manner will not be shared with any third party.

This website will not set any cookies in your browser.

Analytics

We do not gather any statistics of your visits to this website. No third party will track your activity on this website.

Who we share your data with

Your data are not shared with any third party unless you give us permission to do so.

If you choose PayPal as a payment option for your online lessons, your name and e-mail address are shared with PayPal to create the PayPal invoice. Indicating that you wish to use PayPal as your payment method is taken as permission to provide the above mentioned data to PayPal.

How long we retain your data

Data that you provide to us, or that we may receive through PayPal are retained indefinitely, unless you explicitly request that we erase your personal data as described below.

In the event we are obliged to retain data for administrative, legal, or security purposes, these data are retained for the period stipulated by the relevant laws and regulations despite a request to erase your personal data.

What rights you have over your data

If you have contacted us through one of the contact forms, contacted us by e-mail, or taken any lessons, you can request to receive an overview of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
